Helping students to recognize their artistic expression as a reflection of the image of God through:
-exposure to art appreciation and art history
-creative problem solving and critical thinking
-exploration in a variety mediums
About the Department
The elementary and middle school art department strives to give students classroom opportunities to effectively create within a biblical worldview. Students are exposed to the fundamentals of art and encouraged to create with their own personal preferences. Students are encouraged to good observers and critical thinkers as we analyze artworks and the world around us. The PCA art rooms are a place for expression,discovery and experimentation.
